Proxmox Hardware Requirement for New Server

I am New to Proxmox and looking for some advice on Hardware requirements for a New Server farm build.

I am looking at building a Cluster solution (HCI) and looking for a Minimum Hardware Recommendation.

is a Hardware Raid controller Recomeneded or using a Host Buss Adepter would be better.
