Proxmox HA-Manager 2-Node setup

Hi,
So my situation is that i want to run 2 nodes, no shared storage, but duplicate settings to each node and save it on there.
Is HA-Manager an option here? Because in the documentation of HA-Manager a duo-node setup was not talked about.

for ha you need at least 3 nodes, because you always need quorum (more than 50% of nodes must be online)
