Proxmox GUI wont work

Hello I have a pfsense firewall vm on proxmox with a NIC passed through to it but for some reason I cannot access the proxmox gui on the lan side even though my proxmox is connected to the LAN side, I have also bridged my ports on my NIC , I have checked the logs and it coming back with this:

I would check pfSense firewall rules to ensure that the Proxmox VE GUI subnet is allowed. Also, verify the network bridge settings in Proxmox for the correct VLAN and interface assignments.
