I am a new user to Proxmox and Linux in general. I have a host of issues going on that I can't seem to figure out on my own. I have two LXCs, Jellyfin and Pi Hole. My first issue is that any new container I try to make can't access the internet. I've been told it is a DNS issue. The LXCs are DNS Server 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.2 respectively. Pi Hole is running Unbound as well, so I'm not sure if that is creating an issue. I don't know how to get more LXCs to connect to the internet. Can I change the DNS in the settings? I tried 8.8.4.4 on my Filer Server LXC after spinning it up, but it didn't change anything.
My second, bigger issue, is that I have a Xubuntu VM that I use to rip my personal media for a Jellyfin server. I have passed through my HDD and the movie files are being stored on that drive. I was told to use Samba/NFS to share the files to my Jellyfin container. I created a new LXC with Turnkey File Server CT Template. It can't connect to the internet and therefore update, but I can access it from other computers on the same network. I don't know how to pass through the movie files so that Jellyfin can access them.
I really just need to know the easiest way to get my movie files to Jellyfin. I'm kinda at my wits end after a week of Googling and YouTube. My server is a Dell 7060 SFF wuith an i5 8500, so I don't think I can have too many more LXCs or VMs running at the same time if Jellyfin is going to transcode. Any help I can get with this would be great.
Edit: I literally just now found an article telling me to point DNS server of LXC to pi hole ip. Issue 1 resolved.
