Proxmox gateway unsafe site warning

Hi, A strange one.
I've had a user report chrome is throwing up the 'unsafe site' error when they try to blacklist an address by clicking on the 'blacklist' link in a quarantined email notice.

The mail gateway is not listed as an unsafe site https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?hl=en
Clicking on the same links on my computer does not bring up the warning.
No other user has reported an issue.

From the problematic computer If I strip off the parameters there is no problem, if I leave the /quarantine?ticket= on the URL it triggers the warning.

So I figure this is a local issue, but what? some 3rd party security service falsely triggering?

Have you deployed nginx to serve the quarantine to your users on a/the regular https-port ?

no I haven't but I can see that makes sense. I have a dedicated reverse proxy on the same network so thats easy to configure.

Just be sure to also adapt the email link to reflect the new port
