My new instalation of PVE freeze, sometimes after one hour or few days after start. VM is only one debian. After freeze - no video output, no ping response from PVE or VM, only ethernet blinking and gigabit link.
Command journalctl -b -1 not showing nothing special.

New instalation PVE 8.2.2, kernel 6.8.4-2-pve. EFI, no secure boot. CPU Intel i3 12100, mother board GIGABYTE H610M S2H V3 DDR4 and 8 GB non ECC RAM Kingston, storage zfs raid1 - 2x Crucial BX500. I try change RAM, SSDs and power supply for others- no change.

Any ideas?

These things are usually hardware problems or instabilities.
8 GB non ECC RAM Kingston
That's very little for (modern) virtualization, but unlikely to be the cause (if you replaced and tested it with memtest).
storage zfs raid1 - 2x Crucial BX500.
That's a poor choice for ZFS, but unlikely to be the cause.

Update the BIOS and firmwares? Try another motherboard and CPU?

Before I try another 32 GB ram modul - same issue with stability.

BIOS is last version from august 2024.

What's mean "poor choice"?. It is for homelab- until now I run proxmox on one ssd, 8GB ram for and low cost bga atom cpu for 6 years without problems.

QLC wears out quickly and can become terribly slow with Proxmox and ZFS (see other threads in this forum).
I'm happy for you that you did not have any problem before. Maybe it's a kernel incompatibility with your hardware, if it ran fine before?
Maybe install the latest kernel version 6.8.12-2 or the older 6.5 to see if things improve?

Thanks for info about QLC, I will consider upgrade SSDs. I didn't notice it's new version of kernel, try it.
