Hi All,

I'm new to this community and your kind support to decide.

We have multiple servers some of them have 2 processors and mostly have 4 CPUs. Is there any licensing in Proxmox based on Number of CPUs.

Please share details of License to get from Proxmox along that can fulfill our servers with 4 CPUs as well as 2 CPUs, along with all features like HA, Security, Storage and other benefits.

You don't need a license for Proxmox and it always comes with all features enabled: https://proxmox.com/en/proxmox-virtual-environment/features
You can buy a support subscription, which is based on the (occupied) sockets, per server per year: https://proxmox.com/en/proxmox-virtual-environment/pricing

I'm sure you can find more details on the Proxmox website and you can contact their sales office (or your local reseller) for more information.

Can you please explain the Subscription Cost "Per Year and CPU-Socket" Mean cost will depend on the number of Processors per server?

Suppose we have a servers some have 2 CPUs and Some have 4 CPUs, for Server with 2 CPUs we need two and for Server with 4 CPUs we need Four Subscription licenses and will it includes Proxmox Backup and Restore + Mailing Gateway facilities ...?

You buy a yearly subscription for each server. The price depends on how many CPU sockets (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPU_socket) that has a CPU in it, for that server.
Please contact a Proxmox subscription reseller or the Proxmox sales office to get a definitive answer.

No, that is per product. So you need different support subscriptions for PVE, PBS and PMG.
