I'd interested in building a machine with lots of RAM, CPU cores, and multiple GPUs to host a few VMs.
It would be 2 Windows VMs, and a Linux VM, each having their own GPU and USB controller.
These would basically function as virtual workstations, and would support 2 users (both in physical proximity to the physical machine).
Since I don't really need a GUI on the host machine, is Proxmox a good solution to do this?
