proxmox firewall issue

Hello,

Created some cloud image templates from Almalinux 8 and 9 and had some weird behavior on vms, other cloud images do not do this like Debian 11, 12.

eth0 (all communication, ping, internet.)
eth1 (block by proxmox firewall)
eth2 (block by proxmox firewall)
ethx (block by proxmox firewall)

if I disable the proxmox firewall on the vm then all communication comes back, but this does not happen on Debian.

I have the firewall checked but the policy is accepted.
