We performed the update of 4 nodes successfully, but 5 created problems.
At boot time it hangs on softdog: initialaize. soft_nobbot=0 etc.....:
All node point to enterprise repo

i have attached the kern.log, I got it by mounting the system partition via rescue cd.

We checked the status of all the disks from rescue, they are all OK, the boot raid is mounted and the zfs pool is seen.
from the kern.log we do not find any particular anomalies can anyone suggest how to proceed ?

We solved it by entering via system.unit=rescue.target, we managed to enter via login serial, we saw that Network.Target was also blocking the start of the serial login. We checked and redid all the configuration of the network interfaces that had changed names, did this and it restarted correctly.
So if you have the interfaces configured with the old names, the serial login may also be blocked.
