Proxmox entered into read-only

I am trying to figure out why my Proxmox node crashed this morning and entered into read-only mode, below is syslog anything stand out?

A reboot fixed it, disks are nowhere near full

i guess if the disks malfunctioned, the journal does not contain the logs anymore after a reboot (since it could not write them onto the disks)

hard to say what went wrong, but i'd check the disks with smartctl, maybe the cables and controller
