I am having trouble downloading updates

aptitude update && aptitude full-upgrade

Hi,
can you reach the server download.proxmox.com as ip?

wget 188.165.151.222
perhaps than an host-entry helps (in /etc/hosts)?
188.165.151.222 download.proxmox.com

added that entry in the host but still no luck not sure why its not working.
