Proxmox does not PING and does not respond on the network

I own a board with 4 LAN cards. After adding IP addresses to the other cards, I cannot log into Proxmox from the network (only locally). Pinging any of the addresses does not work either.
What could be the reason for this?

Normal use only 1 interface for 1 network segment eg. 192.168.8.50 and get other for next interface eg. 192.168.9.50, 192.168.10.50 and 192.168.11.50.

However, when I delete the entered IP addresses, restart proxmox and the entire network I still can't establish a connection.

enp1s0 and vmbr0 are both UP and IP is assigned to vmbr0 which looks good but ... mmh
Can you ping out of pve any other host ?
Maybe would still be some error in /etc/network/interface ... have you a backup of that before configuring the other 3 interfaces ?
