Proxmox crashing on 13th gen intel CPU

It would appear 13th gen intel CPU cstates cause some issues for proxmox. I have a 13900 that would consistently crash if left sitting idle. I would get different reasons for the crash but appears to trace back to C-states. If I turn off C-states in the bios I do not have an issue. I am using 6.2.9-1

Do you expect 13th gen support with 6.2.9-1?

proxmox 6.2 or kernel 6.2 ?
try another kernel (regular 5.15 vs optin 6.2 or vice versa)

proxmox 7.4 with kernel 6.2.9-1 and 6.2.6-1 both crashed

what about original 5.15 kernel shipped with proxmox 7.4 ?

I am having the same problem with Proxmox 8.0.2 on 6.2 kernel. Did you ever find a resolution?
