proxmox crashes

Try running the network connection at a lower speed and see if that stabilises the link. Be aware, I have seen an issue where devices do crash out due to "port flapping", this is where the network speed is renegotiated at high speed due to unstable wiring. Not saying it's the case here, but worth keeping in mind.

I’ll try changing the cables first see if that has anything to do with it then I’ll try what you suggested, I just don’t know how u limit the speed in proxmox

I have had it running for a while and it suddenly drops connection, I don't know whats wrong with it

Sorry for dropping off the face of the earth, I've been quite unwell since the 2nd. Given it's behaviour, I'm leaning towards two possibles:
1) A driver issue; these are always difficult.
2) Something overheating; that's testable, does it last longer if the side of the case is open?

I'd still be keen on you running it at a lower-rated speed, to see if it stabilises. And running a USB network dongle would allow you to test what happens with different hardware+drivers in use; if that crashes out, then something else is going on, and I have seen that happen with bad RAM which passed memtest x86.
