Please excuse me for my poor English.
When I boot with usb pcie card I cannot start my VM which gets a RTX 2070 SUPER passed through.
Before that those vms worked normal.
First dmesg showed "failed to set apst feature (-19)" so I googled and set nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us to 0 and 5500 and 200 in kernel parameters.
After I set it to 200 dmesg showed "general protection fault: 0000 [#1] SMP NOPTI" after the "failed to set apst feature(-19) message.
Unfortunately I couldn't find error messages in /var/log/message but any questions are welcomed.
I guess it's because of "Buffer I/O error on device dm-1" shown in the bottom of the ring buffer appeared on the screen.
Any links or tips are also very welcome!

can you post the output of 'dmesg' the vm config and the iommu groups?
