I'm pretty new to proxmox and have been setting up some VM's and ran into this issue. When I run a VM everything works fine, but when I exit the console and open it back up (while keeping the VM running) I get the "starting serial terminal on interface serial0" and the console does not accept any inputs. If I stop the VM and boot it back up I can connect fine, but this is not convenient to do any time I want to access the terminal. I'm running the VM's through serial with xterm.js as this is the only way i found where I could copy and paste from the computer I'm accessing proxmox on.
