PROXMOX CONFLICT

Hi ppl, I'm from Brazil, and i work at Woman's secretary Gov, here we uso the PROXMOX.
And our service stop to work, may you help us ?
So, we already have a machine server working with PROXMOX "212.62", yesterday we installed a new machine server with adree "212.64", after one day the machine "64" stop to works with browser acess, then the "62" too.
My boss thinks maybe its the conflict name, bouth stoped to work with PUTTY and Browser, they already recived a ping and return normal, also it's ON physically speaking.
You know what is can be ?

are both nodes form a cluster? Or two single nodes?

Can you post the output (via ssh) from both nodes:

pvecm status
pveversion -v
