Proxmox concerns for virtualizing old industrial equipment

Hello,

I am looking to virtualize an old industrial PC so we may update to a new operating system for security concerns. I am looking to see if Proxmox is the right solution for my problem, which requires a few odd, old things. Namely,
  • 10 serial connections via RS232.
  • USB 1.1
  • 32 bit software
  • PCI for some old add in boards
Would it be possible to pass the following through to a Proxmox guest environment?
