Proxmox Backup to PBS very slow

Hey guys,
I am quiet new to proxmox. I installed PVE on a hetzner Server. I just created a VW with Windows Server 2025 and some others as well. I also created a pbs offsite and connected everything via tailscale. everything works fine.
BUT. The Backup of the Windows VM is enormously slow when backing up to the pbs. i has only read and writespeed by aprpxm. 3-6 Mbit/s. Backing up locally it works with 250-500 mbit/s.
Every other VM or LXC container is backup with a reasable speed.
Does anyone has an idea?

I don't think PBS is designed to backup in real-time to an offsite connection. Try setting up PBS locally and use Replication to the offsite node after backups finish

even more can crash source VM since copy-before-write is used.
Even if Fleecing help, local backup then remote sync is the recommended and robust way.
