proxmox backup servers error

ERROR: job errors
You can't make a backup with such an error, please help guys

If you need guaranteed support, get (a) appropriate subscription(s) and open a support ticket.

To your problem:
Check your complete storage layers on the source as well as the target. Looks like, either there is a problem with reading from the (guest) source storage and/or writing to the (backup) target storage...

please provide the full backup task log, output of pveversion -v and VM configuration qm config 103. I/O errors like this mostly happen if there is an issue with the underlying storage/disks (could be both VM storage or backup storage). Please check the disk health with e.g. smartctl and /var/log/syslog from around the time the issue happens for any additional hints.

could not get storage information for 'NASNFS': storage 'NASNFS' is not online. This error message appears and cannot be backed up. NASNFS is online.

Please check your /var/log/syslog for messages relating to the NFS storage. Is it mounted correctly? Is the network connection okay?
