Proxmox Backup Server caused a IP blacklisting from Spamhaus.org??

I recently noticed that i can not post on one of the forums that i follow which forwarded me to spamhaus.org website as apperantly my ip has been blocked.
here are last few entries
(IP, UTC timestamp, HELO value)

my ip adress 2026-06-05 22:05:00 pbs.home
my ip adress 2026-05-31 22:00:00 pbs.home
my ip adress 2026-05-25 22:00:00 pbs.home
my ip adress 2026-05-20 22:00:00 pbs.home
my ip adress 2026-05-14 22:00:00 pbs.home

i have already disabled the email notification in proxmox backup server under the configuration tab but i am unable to apply for removal of the blacklisting and instead need to contact my ISP.
Have any of you experienced such thing before? I am not that experienced with such things and see it for the first time. i get to my local network via Wireguard VPN and I do not have private domain that i can add or use for removal and using proxmox and backup server just for personal usage.

any help is appriciated. thank you in advance.

thank you for the answer. i only assumed PBS because in the spamhaus.org blacklisted ip explanation recent last entries all filled with pbs.local rDNS names so i thought it was the main issue. i do not have any domain on my ip adress or any reverse proxy setup. just a proxmox server for few self hosted applications, wireguard to connect them when i am not in home and pbs to back up them periodically. i was not even aware that it tried to send and email as i have tried to made all the setup without any notification etc apart from entering email adress during the setup which was necessary and unskippable.

i am not very experienced with such topics so i might have jumped to conclusion and might be wrong. i would like to find out cause and eliminate it if i can. thank you
