I would like to create laptop with three guest virtual mashines: Windows 10, Pop_os and ubuntu server. Is it possible to get passthrough nvidia support, so I can work directly at laptop with no external hardware at Windows 10 with native Nvidia native performance using Proxmox VE?

They should start. Not sure how fast they will be, though. There is a checkbox in the VM options to auto-start the VM on boot of PVE.

just to note: normally displays of laptops with discrete graphics are not wired to the discrete graphics, but to the internal gpu of the processor
while it may work to passthrough, it will only work with either something like rdp/looking-glass or on the external display connections (e.g. hdmi/displayport)
but this depends largely on the specific laptop
