Hello everyone, what I want to do is to get support on how I can set up the following structure. Setting up mail gateway with Proxmox, using spamassassian with Plesk behind it. Using Roundcube, postfix and dovecot in Plesk panel. When I performed the relay operation on the Plesk panel, the e-mail service did not work. If there is a document you can recommend on this subject, I can search it there. Thank you.

I can confirm that this works fine. We are using this for years. But you need to understand how to configure the systems.
There is no documentation on how to achieve exactly what you want - Afaik. But there is enough information available to learn how to do it. I would not recommend to set this up of you don't understand how it works.
Use the official PMG documentation, Plesk itself also has good documentation available. Also check out Postfix and Dovecot documentation.
