Proxmox and Docker network issue

I installed Docker LXC using this script, I know its not recommended but after install I'm not able to get to the docker GUI. I dont see the ip it was assigned on my router.

ss -antlp and ip a

I meant to say portainer on docker, no idea what I'm doing.
I did hostname -I
input the ip with port 9443 into chrome, but back with https requesting http or something, so i put https:// before the ip and all is well now. Thank You
