I know there are many great automation tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt but would it be amazing if Proxmox made a security patching application
that will patch not just Linux OS but Windows OS also.
Having a all in one integrated security patching or even application patching solution will attract many IT people around the world.
A simple solution that can be used to automate a Linux OS Update whether Ubuntu or Debian or what ever and Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022 heck even Windows 10 or Windows 11
I would call this Proxmox Security Patching "Automated Edition"
Being able to have packages that can run on a schedule to go to nominated Guest VM(s) do a scan for new updates and then deploy security update based on package script file.
