Proxmox 9 install on a mini PC

Recently bought a Beelink Me Mini with 6 nvme slots, attempting to install Proxmox 9 on the emmc but install only picks up two instances of 4 mbit drives. Since read that it's not a good idea to install on an emmc so selected one of the 1tb nvmes.

Install appeared to go OK but I can't find the boot entry in the BIOS. Fast boot is disabled. What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried to install Proxmox on one of the two drives that do show up in the BIOS?

Have you tried pressing F7? It will bring you to the boot menu for further operation.
