Proxmox 9.2.21 kernel 7.0.19-24-pve

hi....

i have isssu on proxmox ve running on the 9.2.21 with kernel 7.0.14-24pve.
the 2x proxmox setup as below
pve1: 192.168.1.220
pve2: 192.168.1.221
qdev: 192.168.1.222
Cluster: pve1 & pve2

currently i notice the pve1 is out of the cluster and pve1 cannot ping to pve2 & qdev. as the results, the vm inside the pve1 cant be started due to log status is "waiting to quorum".
the pve1 able to ping to router (direct connected to router, 192.168.1.1) but not able to ping to other devices in the same network.

the pve1 have 2 nics bond as below

by default, the pve1 dns is been set to 192.168.1.1 and i failed to ping google.com
after adding dns 1.1.1.1, i able to to ping google.com


Anyone can help to troubleshooting the issue.... as i not very familiar with proxmox/linux

i have been reboot and set to older kernal aswell but result is same..... try
7.0.14-19, 7.0.14-20, 7.0.14-21, 7.0.14-22

i have revert the proxmox to use 6.17.12-21-pve kernel....
reconfigure the NIC, it return below output.
192.168.1.1 = router
192.168.1.220 = pve1
192.168.1.221 = pve2 -->host unreachable

i have try using USB WLAN.... the result all can above address can be ping.
the kernel have killed the intel onboard nic and pci-e intel nic (single port)??
