Hi,

I have a mini pc with the followings.

Intel i5-1335u
6xIntel i226-V
1x Samsung 980 Pro
G.Skill Ripjaws 64GB DDR4 RAM (2x32GB)

On Bios I have Intel Speed Step option Enable and C-States option Enable.

Under /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_driver I have acpi-cpufreq
for scaling_governor -> powersave
Under /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpuidle# for state in state{0..4} ; do echo c-$state `cat $state/name` `cat $state/latency` ; done I see only until C3 not above.

On this mini pc I have pfsense vm with all 6 ethernet connections and the power consumption is 20W-21W.

I've tried to enable intel_pstates without success.
Pfsense have only C1 State for it's core can't be more even with powerd adaptive enable.

Can someone helps me due to I'm newbie?

I've seen idle consumption very less so for running this pc 24/7 steady at the above consumption is strange.

pfsense is only for basic firewall, routing no IDS/IPS or anything that could justify anything.

CPU usage on host and vm is 1-2% average.
