proxmox 8.0 server loses connection after a few hours

This is a Dell wyse 5070 with just 1 ubuntu VM. It loses LAN connection and will not reconnect until I shutdown and start up again
This is the console output:

r8169 0000:01:00.0 enp1s0: rtl_ephyar_cond == 1 (loop: 100, delay:10)
r8169 0000:01:00.0 enp1s0: rtleriar_cond == 1 (loop:100, delay:100)
r8169 0000:01:00.0 enp1s0: rtleriar_cond == 1 (loop:100, delay:100)
r8169 0000:01:00.0 enp1s0: rtleriar_cond == 1 (loop:100, delay:100)
r8169 0000:01:00.0 enp1s0: chipmd_cond == 1 (loop:100, delay:100)

and so on. the "delay" varies between 10 or 100
How can I fix this? Thank you for your help
