Proxmox 7 Version Installs

Hi. I have a proxmox-ve_7.4-1.iso that i installed but soon after the installation i did not run any updates or upgrades on the server. Why does the version show

pve-manager/7.4-3 when i run pveversion?.

The proxmox-ve and pve-manager are not the same also you should see the proxmox-ve version in order to see what version you're running.
