Hello,

My proxmox VE version is 7.4.3. I have done apt-upgrade and now I can see the proxmox-kernel.6.5 also installed.
I'm doubtfull that if I reboot it and will boot from kernel 6.5 then will my proxmox 7.4.3 break or it will work smoothly?

Hi,
I'm little confused with Debian. I'm new with debian. I'm getting confused with Debian grub.

Could you please let me know will this server boot with older kernel or new? As per below command.
proxmox-boot-tool kernel list
Manually selected kernels:
None.

Automatically selected kernels:
5.15.102-1-pve
6.5.11-8-pve

6.5.11-8-pve
Your server will boot on `6.5.11-8-pve`, you cause any issue you can boot from older kernel, when you boot the server go to Advanced options for Proxmox VE GNU/Linux, and there you can select which pve-kernel you want to boot.

Okay. Thanks for the update!!. I'm afraid if proxmox 7.4.3 will work with 6.5 kernel. Otherwise I will boot with kernel 5.15.
Thank you.
