swish has 10 gigabit connections

You need to create a bond. Does your switch support link aggregation? 802.3ad support?

So your NIC support 802.3ad but I asked If your switch also supports it. As you need to configure both, your Host and Switch, with matching options for it to work.

Link Aggregation

  • 802.3ad support
    • Number of LAGs supported: 64
    • Maximum number of ports per LAG: 8
  • LAG load-sharing algorithm—bridged or routed (unicast or multicast) traffic:
    • IP: S/D IP
    • TCP/UDP: S/D IP, S/D Port
    • Non-IP: S/D MAC
    • Tagged ports support in LAG
