[SOLVED] Proxmox 7.4 upgrade to 8.0/8.1 and subscription

Hi all,

I'm planning an upgrade of our two Proxmox VE servers to the latest version available.

One question that I couldn't find an answer to is what happens with subscriptions or what to do if something goes wrong.

I understand that a straight in-place upgrade won't affect ServerID and the key will stay the same. However, if I'd need to reinstall the server or install version 8 from scratch, how could I recover my subscription details?
