For Linux guests where you most likley want to use Spice, go to the Hardware panel and add an Audio Device with the Spice backend selected. If you then open the Spice Console, you should hear audio. It won't work with the noVNC console that runs inside the browser but needs the virt viewer, also known as remote-viewer.

For Windows guests, the best option is to enable the Windows native RDP. In the RDP client you usually can enable quite a bit of device forwarding, including audio.

what i should do to activated the spice console.
Set the Display to Spice, also in the Hardware panel.

Edit: You might have to install the spice vdagent inside the VM for ti auto adjust the resolution to the window size of the remote viewer.
