Proxmox 7.0-8 cpu/mem hotplug not working

Hello everyone !
Collected a cluster of 3 nodes for proxmox 7.0-8 and ran into a hotplug problem on virtual machines. When I increase the RAM to hot, I get this error, but after closing it I see it in the increase task:

When the CPU increases, a task is also created and nothing happens, so that the changes take effect, you have to restart the virtual machine.

this was a bug [0], already fixed on git. you can apply the patch[1] manually or wait for the next version of qemu-server (should be packaged with > 7.0-13)

i updated the qemu-server to 7.0-13, problem still exists

no... i mean the package qemu-server with version larger than 7.0-13 will have this fix included. so the next update.
