Hi everyone, i have a problem with my backups. My speeds are slow, even when the backups are on local disk or NFS.

Look fine to me. 100GiB backed up in 4:52 is an average speed of 342 MiB/s. Vzdump always needs to read the complete virtual disk, no matter how full that virtual disk is. If you want faster backups try PBS with "snapshot" mode instead of Vzdump so it can make use of dirty bitmapping and olny needs to read/backup the data that changed since the previos backup. That also saves a ton of space because of deduplication.
