Proxmox 6.1 Intel X-520-T2 not getting detected

I think I ended up replacing the cards. Here are the ones that worked for me

Thanks for coming back so quickly.
I think I found the cause and a possible solution to the problem. It seems parts of this card's EEPROM got overridden by something.
A post here shows the exact same problem...
