proxmox 5 network virtual machine second ip

Hello i have one dedicade from oneprovider i think is from online.net..

i install proxmox v5 os and i setup a virtual machine with windows 10 but the guest havent internet and also i have second ip from them..

i tried several things to make it work to put the second ip on guest but without luck.. can someone help me?

i provide some informations if someone know how i can make it work..
