The server goes down and automatically reboots,

Hello,
what says "zpool iostat -v" and what systemversion you have? "pverversion -v". What do you do before the system crashes? Copy some files? SATAcontroller on SATA/AHCI Mode? Enought Memory? ZFS use the half memory of the system. Should have at least 8GB Memory for ZFS. Look here: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Storage:_ZFS#Limit_ZFS_memory_usage
What says the log at the crash? And open at the same time a window with htop, look at memory.
How long is the machine running before it crash?
