proxmox 3.2 new installation and unable to start VMs

at last I manage to install proxmox 3.2 on one of my test server.

I can't seem to get the VM started. Each time I start it, I will get some error as below:

Anyone have any idea what those errors are about?

You dont have virtualization support, or its not enabled in bios.
