Proxmox 3.1 no stable windows guest network!

Hello, i have problem with windows guest in Proxmox 3.1. The problem is the unstable work for network interface in windows guest.
Virtio driver instaled and is latest version. Unstable work is in any model network (virtio, intel, realtec)

My settings:

Do you have any other VM working ok in that host? Is the problem isolated to that Windows VM only?

Did you try to switch the NIC with a different one to see of the problem persists?

Did you try to migrate the VM to a different Proxmox host to see if the problem persists?

Is it a Realtek NIC?
 
no problem to ping from proxmox host ?
seems to be yes, problem is randomed. Now ping fine, but work in rdp has many freeze. Partially help change network speed in setting

what is the hardware card model ?

have you checked your /etc/network/interfaces file if there is something wrong?
