Hi folks,
I read a lot of questions and answers but I really didn't find a good advice for my architecture :
We have :
My question is :
- How many maximum OpenVZ VM (ONLY no KVM) , could we do on that kind of hardware below :
( Note : on each VM there is a LAMP server - Each MySQL DB is different )
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Proc : Intel Xeon i7 W3520 [4x 2x 2.66+ GHz / 8 Mo L2 - QPI 4.8 GT/sec ]
Arch : 64 bits
RAM : 12 Go DDR3
HDD : 2x 1500 Go - SATA2 [RAID 1 soft]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In few months we will need to add another 2 node, based on the same architecture, so we have to be sure of our model.
Any ideas ?
Maybe I'm wrong on this design... suggestions appreciated !!
Thx.
