Proxmox 1.5 does not boot on IBM x3550 5160

During the installation on the x3550 I have to chose the disks.

Drive 1 is a disk array the system boots.

The machine has a storrage array raid attached with 6 logical disks.

The drives of the raid are offered fist on the drive list during the installation

Drive 1 ist the last offered, which I chose.

After completing the installation the system does not find the boot drive. the screen is empty, just underscore blinking..

Any idea?

are you using the latest ISO?
proxmox-ve_1.5-4627-3.iso

The release.txt on the iso refers to 20.01.2010: Proxmox Virtual Environment 1.5

To be shure I downloaded proxmox-ve_1.5-4627-3.iso and installed.

Target Hardisks:
/dev/sda (67 GB MegaRAID 8480t)
/dev/sdb (67 GB MegaRAID 8480t)
/dev/sdc (67 GB MegaRAID 8480t)
/dev/sdd (67 GB MegaRAID 8480t)
/dev/sde (67 GB MegaRAID 8480t)
/dev/sdf (68 GB, Drive 1)

I chose /dev/sdf (68 GB, Drive 1) to install proxmox ve.

After rebooting the server ended in a blinking underscore.

What to you suggest to get further?

boot again from iso with a live-cd (with lvm2 support), e.g. with the Proxmox VE CD with 'debug', and take a look on the boot loader (grub) and the partitions to see whats wrong.
