We recently migrated all the containers from an old host (xeon 5470) to a new host (xeon 5520).
While both servers are up, on the same network and the new host has been running fine for a while, we just created a new openvz vps on the old host and assigned one of the free IPs on the network. But vps is not reachable.
We even tried to migrate a working on from the new host into the old host but the IP does not respond to ping from the old host.
This is a real problem. No VPS is reachable from the old host even after rebooting it several times.
Could you please advise?
