Hi

I have upgraded my Proxmox VE (PVE) to version 9 and now my Intel NUC is unable to boot. Within the BIOS I can only see the UEFI boot priority option pointing to my existing drive (No legacy boot drive exists). If I select it, it reboots and present itself with the BIOS menu again. I have tried the UEFI interactive shell but neither options (see pic) work Can anyone share any pointers on how to restore access?

For anyone having the same issue, I used a rescue boot and did the following:
pve8to9 --full

INFO: Checking bootloader configuration...

WARN: System booted in uefi mode but grub-efi-amd64 meta-package not installed, new grub versions will not be installed to /boot/efi! Install grub-efi-amd64.

WARN: Removable bootloader found at '/boot/efi/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi', but GRUB packages not set up to update it!

Run the following command:

echo 'grub-efi-amd64 grub2/force_efi_extra_removable boolean true' | debconf-set-selections -v -u

Then reinstall GRUB with 'apt install --reinstall grub-efi-amd64'

reboot and job done!
