Promox Reject some emails , how to relase them

Hi when proxmox reject one email , but i found the email is important , How to release it and accept to be sent to the receiver ?

If you reject an email before delivery on SMTP level, the email is never in your network and have to ask the sender to send again.

If emails are in the email quarantine, you can deliver it.

the promox reject email based on above error , need to unreject and allow to be received to the end user
