Promox inside Hyperv for testing API

I want to test Promox API, but I not have one server to create this sandbox and Promox-Website not have this option. The only way that I know is create VM in HyperV and setup Promox inside. This work fine, but after Hyperv reboot the default ip for Proxmox Panel said the same, but Hyperv show different and Control Panel not work.

Anybody know what can I do to set fix ip in HyperV or how to setup any feature in Proxmox to auto-setup new IP as first setup.

You can/should change Proxmox to use a static IP and place it on such network in HyperV that allows it.
