Hello,

I installed PBS (in a VM of PVE... that's just for testing... and my backups are stored on a NAS). I did some backups. But now PBS web interface is unavailable.

netstat -natp | grep 8007

returns

tcp6 0 0 :::8007 :::* LISTEN 558/promox-backup-
tcp6 0 0 192.168.1.113:8007 ESTABLISHED 558/promox-backup-

but browsing https://192.168.1.113:8007/ raises ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Any idea?

Can you SSH to it?

What was the last thing you did before you lost access?

I've personally killed a couple of PBS systems by installing OVS, which seems to break the web gui. I'm sure there are other things you can do to break the web gui. If the gui is broken, I've found it easier to reinstall (and not make that mistake again) than it is to fix.

I haven't tried SSH but I can open a console through noVNC.

I don't know if that's related but one of things I did before this problem occurs was modifying /etc/fstab to mount a smb share of my NAS
