Promox 6.1 crash: storage 'SYN4017XS-1_PVE' is not online (500)

Hi

we have a pool of 6 server under proxmox all connected in Iscsi to a Synology nas.

One of the machines crashed, we restarted it physically but after this reboot it can no longer access the Iscsi

We have a error " storage 'SYN4017XS-1_PVE' is not online (500) "


Anyone have any ideas on how to debug this?

Check via

iscsiadm -m session

if a connection to the server exists.
